I Need To Recover My Telegram Account That Has Been Hacked

I am writing about a serious problem with my Telegram account that I was using on my Redmi 14C (Android phone). I lost access to my old Telegram account and today I discovered that someone else has taken over the account and linked it to a recovery email that does not belong to me. When I try to log in to my old account using my phone number, Telegram asks me to enter a verification code sent to this recovery email address. I do not know this email, I have never created or used it, and I have no way to access it. Because of this, I am completely blocked from entering my account, even though I still have the original phone number that was used to register it. I kindly request that you help me recover my old Telegram account. I ask that you remove the unauthorized recovery email that was added by the person who took over my account and allow me to regain access using my phone number or another verification method that does not require that email address. I want to securely restore access to my account and continue using Telegram on my current device.
