Telegram Account Inaccessible After Losing Old Phone Number Access

I have been unable to access my Telegram account on my iPhone 14 Pro Max since around November–December last year. My account is linked to an old phone number to which I have completely lost access, so I cannot receive the login codes sent via SMS or phone call. Although I have a backup email address registered with my Telegram account, the system does not allow me to log in using this email. I had previously used this same Telegram account on another computer, but I no longer have access to that device either, so I cannot confirm my identity through an existing session. I contacted Telegram support about this issue but have not received any response so far. I currently have no way to access my account, even though my email is already associated with it. I request that my access to the account be restored via my registered email address or that another secure email-based verification method be provided so that I can log in again and continue using my account.
