Email Changed For My Telegram Account Without My Concern

I have been facing a serious login problem with my Telegram account since today. When I try to log in, the system shows a different email address for receiving the login code, and this email address does not belong to me. Because of this, I cannot receive the code and I am unable to access my own Telegram account. I have used this Telegram account before without any issues and had registered it with my own email address and phone number. The fact that a different email is now shown makes me worried that my account information may have been changed without my knowledge. Today I submitted a complaint through Telegram Support, but I have not been able to resolve the issue yet. I kindly request that my Telegram account be checked urgently, that any unauthorized email linked to my number be removed, and that my own email address be restored and updated for my phone number, so that I can safely access my account again.
