Telegram Account Hacked and Recovery Email Changed by Someone Else

I am writing about a security problem I am experiencing with my Telegram account on my Android device. My account appears to have been hacked and the email or contact details linked to it have been changed without my authorization, and I am now unable to recover my account normally. On the recovery screen, an email address appears that is not mine and that I have never used. Because of this, the verification codes are being sent to an unknown email, and I cannot receive any code or link to regain access to my own account. I have already tried contacting Telegram support and followed the recovery steps offered in the application, including the email verification process, but I still cannot regain full control of my account. This situation makes me worry that my personal data and chats may be misused by third parties. I request that my Telegram account be urgently reviewed, my identity be verified using the available information, and my access to the account be fully restored. If recovery is not possible, I ask that the compromised account be blocked to prevent any unauthorized use.
