I Cannot Log In My Telegram Account

I am unable to log into my Telegram account on my Android phone. When I try to sign in, the app shows a screen saying that the confirmation code has been sent to my email address el******[email protected], but I no longer have access to this old Gmail account and I have changed my email since then. Because I cannot receive the confirmation code, I have no way to access my Telegram account. It has been a long time since I last had access to both the Telegram account and the old email address, so I cannot use any normal recovery options. In this situation, I kindly request that my Telegram account linked to that old email address be permanently deleted, as I can no longer control or recover it and I do not want it to remain active without my access.
