Telegram Account Compromised: Wrong Gmail Shown and Access Blocked

I deleted my Telegram account and the app from my phone around 2–3 months ago. When I recently tried to log back in with my phone number, the application displayed a different Gmail address on the screen, which does not belong to me. Because of this, I cannot receive any login code and I am unable to access my account. The screenshots I have show a “Check Your Email” screen, an “Invalid email address” error and an email verification code entry screen with an option to sign in with Google, even though the email that appears is not mine. I also receive a “We’ve sent the code to the Telegram app on your other device” message, although I am not logged in on any other device. This makes me think that my account may have been accessed or changed by someone else without my permission. I contacted Telegram support about this problem but I have not received any response yet. I would like my current compromised account, which is linked to my phone number, to be completely deleted so that I can create a new Telegram account from scratch using the same phone number securely. I request that my old account associated with this phone number be terminated as soon as possible and that any unauthorized access be blocked, so that I can safely open and use a new account with the same number.
