Telegram Verification Code Never Reaches My Current Device

I am having a login problem with the Telegram mobile app. Today I tried to log in on my current phone, but the confirmation code is still being sent to my old device, even though I am using the same phone number. I no longer have access to that old device, so I cannot see the code and cannot log in to my account. I request that you help me regain access to my account by sending the confirmation code to my email address instead of the old device, or by providing another secure way to verify my identity and log in. I would like this issue to be resolved as soon as possible so that I can continue using my Telegram account.
