I can't believe it! I've been dealing with this infuriating issue for eight whole months now. Can you believe that? After spending my hard-earned money on a Tefal Rowenta vertical vacuum cleaner pipe, I discover that there's a loose screw causing an annoying air leak. It's just one problem after another with this product. I'm beyond frustrated! The problem caused a frustrating loss of suction! I can't believe it! My product, for which I had the warranty extended for an additional year and taken it to an authorized service as well as to Media Markt, was returned to me without any repairs having been made to it. What a disappointment!
