We purchased a Tefal 130 AI Robot Vacuum with a "wetting" feature for mopping, fully guaranteed by Tefal. When this feature failed to work, we took the product to the Y***** technical service, as directed by Tefal. They didn't even provide a service voucher and didn't attempt any repairs. After keeping the product for over a month, instead of replacing it, they tried to activate the wetting feature by drilling holes with a drill! The authorized Tefal service can't fix the issue, nor do they request new parts or a replacement. They're drilling holes in the product. I can't believe it! A world-renowned brand like Tefal producing such solutions in Turkey. If they don't provide an urgent solution, I'll complain to the headquarters. I'll make this known worldwide.
