Tefal Repair Services Are Offering Inconsistent Pricing for the Same Fix

I went to the Biltek service center in Kayseri to get my Tefal steam generator iron fixed. They told me that the same fix and replacement would cost between 1,000 and 2,000 Turkish Lira. On the other hand, the fix cost at the Tefal service center in Istanbul was 1200 Turkish Lira. I told Tefal about this difference and gave him all the details and facts of the case. Since July 14, there have been a lot of phone calls and emails, but nothing has changed or been solved. I had thought that Tefal's service center in Kayseri would do something about this, but so far, nothing has been done. thought the problem would be solved more quickly, especially after all this inconsistent pricing is out and open now. After taking the time to reach out and explain the problem in detail, it's disappointing to find that people don't care or talk to you about it.
