The Tefal Easy Fry XXL I bought from Media Markt broke down on the second use, after the first. I left the product at the service, and on the 4th day when I called about it, the secretary asked the manager about my product. The manager said the product is under warranty, and they will look at it when it's time. The secretary also informed me that the fault had not yet been identified and closed the conversation. They are interpreting the 20 business day service right by making you wait. I said I would take the product back. They were completely fine with it and said, "Come and get it." I said, "Okay, I'm coming," and waited for about 5 minutes to receive the product from the secretary. When she brought the product, she said the technician wanted to talk to me, which made me laugh. These people have a habit of making you wait. Meanwhile, Tefal's quality should also be reconsidered; that's another topic. There's no Turkish user manual inside. The product and service are not good. I asked Tefal to take the product back, but they said it was not possible. Tomorrow, I will take it to another service for repair, but I already bought a replacement air fryer from another brand. It seems they sell a ₺5 product for ₺15, then make you run from service to service. I didn't write this for you to help me. I want people to see and know. You're not a quality brand.
The fan and the internal parts connected to the fan are broken. The service said there is a 2-3 week wait time for parts, so I am waiting. Use it once and then the inside will be replaced. It didn't occur to them to give a new one.
