Tefal Sold Me a Faulty ActivFlow Expert Blender and Won’t Replace It


I am disappointed with my purchase of the Tefal ActivFlow Expert Blender Set, as it unexpectedly broke after just two uses. I contacted them for a replacement, anticipating standard customer service, but obtaining approval for a repair turned out to be quite challenging. After countless exchanges, I finally sent my blender for repair, and now, two months later, I'm still waiting to get it back. I was really disappointed by the slow and unhelpful service I received from Tefal. This experience has been quite frustrating, as I purchased this product to simplify my life, not to encounter constant setbacks. I am extremely disappointed and frustrated with the quality of the product and the inadequate customer service I received. I require a prompt resolution.
