Withdrawal Stuck in Processing for Days

I am writing regarding a withdrawal problem I faced with the Namaste Teen Patti application. I requested bank transfer withdrawals on 16 June and 17 June for a total amount of ₹700 to my Bank of Baroda account ending with 0524, but the money has still not been credited to my bank account. I contacted Namaste Teen Patti support about this issue and they told me that the withdrawal is still under processing and asked me to send screenshots, which I have already provided twice. Even after sharing the screenshots as requested, the status has not changed and the amount has not reached my bank. I request that my full withdrawal amount of ₹700 be immediately credited to my Bank of Baroda account ending 0524 without any further delay, instead of remaining in processing.
