Withdrawals Stuck in Processing for Weeks

I am writing to complain about a serious withdrawal issue I am facing in the Namaste Teen Patti app. On 7 May 2026 at about 17:43, I requested a withdrawal of ₹1,000, and after that I placed a total of 4 withdrawal requests. The total amount of these withdrawals, ₹2,920, is still stuck in processing in the app. Two of these withdrawals were requested to my State Bank of India account, and the other two withdrawals were requested to my Canara Bank account. Inside the Namaste Teen Patti application, the status of all these withdrawals shows as “processing” and has not changed, but the money has not been credited to either my SBI or Canara Bank accounts. It has been a long time since the first request, yet there is no progress. I also tried to reach Namaste Teen Patti customer service, but the support has been very poor and I have not received any helpful response or solution. I request that the Namaste Teen Patti team immediately complete the processing of all my withdrawals and credit the full amount of ₹2,920 to my State Bank of India and Canara Bank accounts without any further delay. I also request a clear explanation of why these withdrawals have been stuck in processing for so long and an assurance that such issues will not happen again.
