Withdrawal Not Received - 48 Hours Passed

I am writing regarding a withdrawal issue I experienced on the Namaste Teen Patti platform. I requested a withdrawal of my game winnings totaling 520 on 28 May at 11:33 am to my Bank of India account in India. Despite the time that has passed, the money has not been credited to my bank account. I have previously made successful withdrawals from Namaste Teen Patti to this same Bank of India account, so this problem is unusual for me. After noticing that the amount had not arrived, I contacted Namaste Teen Patti support, but I have not received any response so far. I request that my withdrawal of 520 game winnings made on 28 May at 11:33 am be urgently processed and credited to my Bank of India account, or that I be clearly informed about the reason for the delay and when I can expect to receive the funds.
