Namaste Teen Patti Delays $18 in Withdrawals for 15 Days

I am using the Namaste Teen Patti Android app and am experiencing a serious issue with withdrawals that have not been credited to my bank account for the past 15 days. I requested three separate withdrawals of ₹500 each (approximately $6 USD per withdrawal) via bank transfer to my Bank of Maharashtra account, but none of these amounts have been received.

Despite the lengthy delay, the only response I have received from Namaste Teen Patti support is that many customers are attempting to withdraw funds, which has caused delays. This explanation is not acceptable, as my total amount of approximately $18 USD is still pending and no clear payment date or concrete resolution has been provided.

I am requesting that the full withdrawal amount of approximately $18 USD be credited immediately to my Bank of Maharashtra account without any further delay. I also request clear confirmation regarding the status of these three $6 USD withdrawals. I expect this issue to be resolved promptly and my funds to be paid in full.
