Unauthorized Transactions on My TEB Bonus Credit Card

On May 25, 2024, two suspicious transactions were made on my TEB Bonus credit card. Without my consent, purchases totaling ₺990 and ₺1658 were made at Apple Store online. Despite reporting it to the bank the same evening, they claimed to have opened a case but have been extremely unresponsive. I have been a customer of this bank for years. They only opened the case five days ago, and now I'm left with the debt. They show no concern. I am requesting the reimbursement of ₺2650 to be credited back to my account promptly, or I will escalate this matter to CIMER and even consider legal action if necessary. This behavior is not befitting of a large bank. It's not about the money; it's about accountability.
