On July 15, 2025, five consecutive charges of ₺600 each, totaling ₺3,000, were withdrawn through Apple.com/bill. These transactions were made without my permission or knowledge, and no password was even requested. Despite not being subscribed to any app or service, these charges were collected. I am requesting a full refund of the withdrawn amount. If the refund is not issued, I will file a complaint with the Consumer Arbitration Board and initiate legal action. I also believe the banks share responsibility in this matter—such a security flaw should not exist. I want my money refunded and expect a prompt resolution.
