Apple Unauthorized Charges – Urgent Request for Investigation and Refund
Dear Apple Support, I am writing to report a serious issue regarding unauthorized charges made using my credit card. On July 22, 2025, a total amount of ₺19,425 as charged to my card through Apple services. However, I have confirmed that these transactions were not made from my Apple account. I have contacted my bank, and they suspect that my card has been cloned or compromised. According to them, the charges were made by a different Apple account that is not linked to mine. When I contacted Apple Support, I was told that the transactions are non-refundable, and the account responsible for the charges cannot be disclosed. This response is unacceptable given the seriousness of the situation. I respectfully request the following actions: 1. A full investigation into how my card was linked to another Apple ID. 2. The exact IP address, device, and location from which the unauthorized Apple account was accessed and linked to my card. 3. A refund for the entire amount charged, as I did not authorize any of these purchases. If my request is not addressed appropriately, I will be forced to: • File an official complaint with the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Türkiye, • Submit a formal report via CİMER and the Consumer Arbitration Board, • Pursue legal action against Apple through Turkish and international legal channels. I kindly ask you to treat this situation with urgency and seriousness.
