TEB Bonus Card Annual Fee Dispute

On July 28, 2024, Türk Ekonomi Bankası (TEB) charged me an annual membership fee of ₺460 for my TEB Bonus Card ending in 6474. I demand the cancellation of this fee in accordance with the provisions of the Consumer Law, without any additional conditions.
"Consumer Law dated May 28, 2014, Article 31, Paragraph 3: Card issuing institutions are obliged to offer consumers a credit card type for which they do not collect annual membership fees and similar charges.
Article 6 of the Law No. 4822 amending the Law No. 4077 on the Protection of Consumers, titled "Unfair Terms in the Contract," states that the membership fee charged by your bank is an unfair term, as it is not in return for any service, it is pre-prepared, especially in the standard contract, and its content cannot be influenced or negotiated.
According to the final decision of the 13th Civil Chamber numbered 2011/4736 and 2011/11579, there is a definite judgment that the annual card fee in question should be refunded, in accordance with Article 125 and the decision of the General Assembly of Civil Chambers numbered 2010/1-93-88."
Based on these laws and regulations, I request the necessary action to be taken for the refund of the membership fee charged to me, the cancellation of the membership fee within the day, and its refund to me. Otherwise, I hereby inform you that I will apply to the Consumer Arbitration Board for the cancellation of my card and accounts if my grievance is not resolved. I am very clear about this matter. I kindly request the necessary action to be taken.
