TEB Blocked My Account and Balance Without Reason and Has Not Resolved It
Hello TEB, As of 14/11/2024 and 26/11/2024, the account blockage is still ongoing. I reached you through every channel, I met with the Bağcılar Güneşli Çarşı branch manager on 25/11/2024, and an e-mail was sent from the branch to the center many times, but it is still not open. Although I have made a complaint request to this branch about my account and balance, there is no response or my account is missing. It does not open like this. I'm tired of this situation. Although I have not done anything illegal, you see this as a suspicious transaction and do not help me. We talked to you many times yesterday and when you asked whether the balance in my account was in exchange for goods or services, I replied with the reference number 3409962, but when I went to your site, my complaint request appeared to have been deleted. I want the blockage on my account to be removed and my balance to be delivered to me. I have debts to other banks and I do not have any financial assets other than my current balance in your bank. I have been a victim for 2 weeks.
