TEB TEB Bank Makes Increasing Transfer Limits a Nightmare

I recently tried to increase my transfer limit with TEB Bank, but it was a frustrating experience. Neither the mobile app nor customer service could help me directly. Apparently, the only way to request a limit increase is by sending an email! This seems incredibly outdated, especially considering TEB offers much higher limits for transferring money into their own bank. Their current daily transfer limit is only ₺350,000, which can be inconvenient for larger transactions. I am requesting that TEB Bank: Allow transfer limit increases through the mobile app and customer service channels for a more user-friendly experience.
