I Could Not Change My Phone Number Without Going to a Branch at TEB

I was taken aback when I found out that updating my phone number with TEB Bank isn't possible via the ATM or online banking. While nearly every other bank in Turkey, both private and public, enables this process to be done swiftly and effortlessly through ATMs or online, TEB requires me to visit a branch in person just to make this straightforward change. It's quite frustrating, particularly for those with busy schedules or who reside far from a branch. I was hoping for a more seamless and contemporary banking experience. I’m quite disappointed with the outdated feel of their systems, particularly when I see how efficiently other banks handle these processes. This has led me to seriously rethink my banking relationship with TEB.
