While nearly every other bank in Turkey, both private and public, enables this process to be done swiftly and effortlessly through ATMs or online, TEB requires me to visit a branch in person just to make this straightforward change. It's quite frustrating, particularly for those with busy schedules or who reside far from a branch. I was hoping for a more seamless and contemporary banking experience.
