TEB Bank Lost Contract, Cannot Get Virtual Credit Card

My credit card was delivered by TEB through Kuryenet on January 5, 2024. I shared a wide range of personal details and completed the required paperwork. Unfortunately, it has been 4 days and the signatures and documents needed for online banking have yet to be received by TEB's system. Can you please let me know the whereabouts of the signatures and identity details I provided? Why did the system make such a mistake? I reached out to a customer representative, verified my identity, and filed a complaint, but unfortunately, I have not received any response or resolution yet. I'm frustrated because there's no branch in my Dikili district, which means I have to handle it on my own. I went as far as verifying the branch that issued the card, and it seems that your central branch is the one that received my information. I'm unable to raise the limit, even if I lower it at other banks. I am unable to access a virtual card because of the security vulnerabilities in their system. I'm really disappointed in my decision to get involved with this, and I'm strongly considering canceling my SHE card soon!
