Akbank Blocked ₺8500 From My Overdraft but Didn't Pay My Loan Installment

They took out ₺8500 from the overdraft of my Akbank account, and now there's a block on it. This month has been a bit of a hassle. Usually, I pay my loan installment without any problems, but this time, the money got blocked, and now I’m stuck with an unpaid installment. It's weird that the bank system says my account has a zero balance, but the mobile banking app shows a negative balance instead. If you've taken out the money, what's stopping you from making the payment? I reached out to Akbank's customer service, but they just couldn't give me a straightforward answer. I need a resolution ASAP. The money has been taken out, but the installment hasn’t been paid yet, and this whole situation is just adding a lot of unnecessary stress.
