A Strange Queue Process At The TEB Branch, Number Call Was Not Fair

When I went to the TEB Ege University Branch around 10:30 AM to deposit money, there was only one teller serving, and there was only one customer in front of me. I took a ticket to deposit money. Despite the fact that the people who came after me all had their numbers called before mine, I was able to complete my transaction, which took only 3 minutes, after waiting for 45 minutes. I don't understand how you take on the payroll business of the vast Ege University, making us dependent on you, and then have at least 4-5 personal service specialists trying to sell us funds over the phone all day but cannot assign a teller to handle simple transactions. I had previously complained about a similar issue. I see that a year has passed, and things are still continuing in the same way.
