TEB Bank Customer Service Always Tells Me to Visit a Branch for Simple Transactions
I’ve decided to close my account with TEB Bank because their customer service hasn’t been helpful. Whenever I call for help, it seems like I always get the same response: I have to go to a branch because they can't assist me over the phone. It's really annoying that I have to go in person for even the most basic transactions. It's such a hassle. I had a similar problem before when I was talking about my investment funds. I was told I couldn't get to my funds unless I sold them first, and I never got any clear info about that. TEB Bank doesn't appear to be about finding solutions, and I can't see myself recommending their services to anyone.
