Tchibo Sent Previously Used Products


On May 5, 2024, the Electric Coffee Grinder included in my order #650334142 appeared to have been used before. There are remnants of coffee inside the grinder from previous use. I would like to request a replacement with a new product, or if it's unavailable, a refund. This is a disappointing experience that does not meet the standards expected from Tchibo.
