On December 19, 2024, I purchased a cheesecake from Starbucks, only to discover a bug inside. Alongside it, I ordered a caramel macchiato, which turned out to be nothing more than water and coffee—it lacked milk and any proper preparation.

This experience was both unpleasant and unacceptable for a brand like Starbucks. I expect the store to take responsibility for this incident and offer a resolution. The products I received were far below the expected standards, and I am requesting compensation or replacement for the items. Starbucks, please address this issue promptly and ensure your products meet the quality customers expect. I look forward to a swift response.
