Tchibo Cafissimo Milk Coffee Machine Failure and Price Increase Issue


I just bought a Tchibo Cafissimo Milk coffee machine from Trendyol. Regrettably, upon arrival, the product failed to function properly due to an airlock in the water pump. On that very day, I decided to return the product and promptly sent it back. Unfortunately, Tchibo sent a defective product and also raised the price by ₺2,000. We are still waiting for our refund request to be reviewed, which means we are currently without our money. This whole experience has been overwhelmingly negative in every possible way.
