I purchased a Tchibo Cafissimo coffee machine through Trendyol (Order No: 9388999676). For quite some time, I’ve been experiencing the following issue: coffee leaks from underneath the drip tray instead of coming out from the designated outlet. Because of this, I am unable to use the machine properly.
I had previously contacted Tchibo customer service about the same problem and sent the machine in for repair via courier. After the repair, it worked fine for a short period, but the same issue has reappeared shortly afterward. Now, every time I make coffee, the same leakage problem occurs again.
I kindly request that my machine be repaired again, as the issue seems to be recurring despite prior servicing. I would appreciate your assistance in resolving this matter as soon as possible.
