On August 11, I received a Cafissimo Pure capsule coffee machine as part of a Tchibo online promotion where the machine was offered as a gift with a coffee purchase. I have used the machine approximately 15 times in total.
For the past two weeks, I’ve been experiencing a recurring issue — after brewing, the used capsule does not eject automatically from the capsule compartment. I have to manually remove the capsule by force each time, and this happens consistently with every use.
The machine is still under warranty, and I have not yet contacted Tchibo customer service. Given that the issue persists despite light and proper use, I am requesting a replacement for the defective product under warranty.
I kindly request that this issue be resolved as soon as possible.
