Caffissimo Easy Coffee Machine Lid Jammed, Won’t Open

I purchased a Tchibo Caffissimo Easy capsule coffee machine, and today, for the first time, the capsule lid became completely stuck and won’t open. I’ve tried several methods — such as unplugging the device and checking the user manual — but I still couldn’t manage to open it.

My product is under warranty, and my invoice number is 100*830.

I am requesting technical support for this issue and kindly ask that it be resolved as soon as possible.
