I’m having issues with my Tchibo compact coffee machine. When I turn it on, water leaks from the bottom of the machine, it doesn’t make coffee, and the capsule doesn’t stay in place—it keeps falling down. The machine is completely unusable at this point. Can you please assist me in resolving these problems? My Tchibo compact coffee machine is not working as expected, and I need help with the leaking water and capsule placement issues.
