I have been using a Tchibo Pure+ capsule machine for about two weeks, and today I encountered a problem while trying to make coffee. The capsule seems to be stuck inside and I cannot open the lid at all, and at the same time the machine is showing a red light and is not working properly. I bought the machine from an online store, and my order number is 686715695. Until today I had no issues, so I am quite disappointed that such a problem has occurred in such a short time of use. I request technical support for my Tchibo Pure+ capsule machine, including guidance on safely removing the stuck capsule and fixing the red light problem, or if necessary checking and repairing the device so that I can use it without any issues again.
