Lack of Technical Service Support for My Tchibo Coffee Machine

I purchased a coffee machine from this company eight years ago. As soon as the machine alerted me to the cleaning procedure, I followed it regularly. However, for the past ten months, I couldn't find the appropriate cleaning material (durgol) in shops or online websites in Turkey. The manual suggested sending it to the technical service in case I couldn't clean the machine. Today, I took my coffee machine to the shop in Kocaeli/Izmit, but I received a phone call stating that my machine was out of warranty due to its age. They also mentioned that the period provided to the Ministry of Industry for offering technical services had ended. They claimed they couldn't do anything and that I should simply come and retrieve my machine, absolving themselves of any responsibility. I questioned whether I needed to buy a new coffee machine every four years. They didn't even inspect my coffee machine in the technical service, and I couldn't find a solution in Turkey. I contacted Tchibo's customer service, but they provided the same answer and showed no interest in resolving my problem.
