Baseus Bowie E3 Right Earbud Won’t Charge – Bought from Media Markt


I purchased a Baseus Bowie E3 wireless earphone set from Media Markt two months ago. While the left earbud works perfectly, the right earbud refuses to charge. Every time I place it in the case, the charge level remains at 10%, making it unusable.
For a product to stop functioning within just two months is completely unacceptable. I expected better durability from this brand, and until now, I had been recommending it to others. However, this experience has changed my opinion.
I request an immediate resolution, whether it be a replacement or a proper repair. Baseus and Media Markt, take responsibility and fix this issue! A product this new should not be failing already.
