Tango Payment via Airwallex Not Received – $35 Missing from My Account





I had $35 in my Tango account and attempted to withdraw it using Airwallex. My account was successfully linked, and I received a notification that the funds had been sent to my IBAN. However, the money never arrived in my bank account.
I have no idea what to do next, as the transaction was marked as completed, but the funds are still missing. As proof, I have attached screenshots showing my registered Gmail, phone number, and IBAN linked to Airwallex.
I need an urgent resolution to this issue. I use Tango regularly, and problems like this discourage users from trusting the platform. Please investigate and ensure my funds are transferred correctly as soon as possible!
