Tango Airwalex Withdrawal Marked as Completed, But $30.77 Not Received

On February 25, 2025, at 3:38 AM, I initiated a $30.77 withdrawal from the Tango app using the Airwalex method. Later that same day, I received a confirmation message stating that the funds had been transferred to my wallet. However, the money has not appeared in my bank account.
I have waited, but the funds still haven’t arrived, even though the system claims the transaction is complete. Where is my money?
I expect Tango to resolve this issue immediately. If the withdrawal was processed, then the funds should be in my account.
