Hello, I’m reaching out because I’ve been experiencing a serious issue with a withdrawal I made through Tango. I submitted a withdrawal request, and while the system claims the funds have been deposited into my bank account, the money has not arrived. Normally, when I use Airwallex, the funds show up within 3 minutes, but it’s now been 3 days, and I’m still waiting with no resolution. Due to recent issues with Airwallex, I decided to try Tipalti for the first time. I was told the funds were processed after one day, but my bank account shows no incoming transaction at all. This situation is causing serious inconvenience and financial stress. I’ve contacted support, but I haven’t received any effective response or guidance. I need clear confirmation of where the funds went, and if there's an issue, Tango must rectify this immediately. I’ve never had this kind of problem before, and now I’m left feeling ignored and helpless.
