I Chose Airwallex in Tango and Lost My Money

I recently selected Airwallex as the withdrawal method on the Tango app after struggling to withdraw my money with other cards. However, after making the selection, my money simply vanished—I have no idea where it went. I assumed the amount would be transferred to my card, but that didn’t happen.
To make matters worse, I downloaded the Airwallex app hoping to track the transaction, but I can’t even log into that app. This is extremely frustrating and unacceptable. I followed the process as instructed, and yet my funds have disappeared into thin air without any confirmation, trace, or resolution.
I’m asking the Tango team to urgently investigate this issue and process a full refund. This situation is causing a lot of stress, and I need a clear explanation and immediate return of my ₺. Please resolve this as soon as possible.
