Tango Live Locked My Android Account Without Warning or Reason
I am a user of the Tango Live application on an Android device and on 01/07/2026 at around 15:30 my account was suddenly temporarily locked without any explanation. I did not receive any email or in‑app notification stating the reason for this action, so I do not understand why my account has been restricted. After noticing the lock, I contacted Tango Live support about this issue, but I have not received any response so far. Not knowing the reason and being unable to access my account is causing me a lot of inconvenience. I kindly request that my Tango Live account be reviewed and unlocked as soon as possible, or at least that I be clearly informed of the specific reason for the temporary lock so I can understand the situation and take any necessary steps.
