Unable to Access Tango App Due to Suspended Account

I have been using the Tango app regularly, but I logged out recently and have been unable to access my account ever since. It says my account has been suspended. Despite waiting for over a month, the suspension still remains in place, and I haven’t been provided with any explanation or details about why this happened.
I would like to know the reason for my account suspension and when it will be lifted. This lack of information is incredibly frustrating. Please provide clarification and resolve this issue as soon as possible. I rely on this app, and such disruptions are deeply inconvenient. Your prompt assistance would be greatly appreciated.
