I Can’t Unlink My Closed Visa Card from Tango and Withdrawals Keep Returning

Hello Tango support team. I’ve closed my Visa card, but I’m still unable to unlink it from my Tango account. I’ve tried several times to remove it, but the system won’t allow it. Each time I attempt to disconnect the card, nothing works.

Even more frustrating, whenever I try to withdraw money, the funds get sent back to the closed card instead of being canceled or redirected. I contacted support, and all I got was a generic message saying “reach out to support,” which I already did—with no result.

Tango, this needs to be resolved immediately. I should be able to unlink an inactive card and add a new one for withdrawals. Please assist me in removing the closed Visa card and ensuring my funds are sent to the correct method.
