My Tango account is linked to an old email which I no longer have access, how can I recover my Tango account?

If your Tango account is tied to an outdated email address that you no longer have access to, you can recover it by following a few steps.

First, establish a Tango account with your current email address. This will be the location for your existing material.

Next, contact Tango's support team via email at [email protected]. In your message, include your former account's username or email address, as well as the email address for your new account.

Tango does not send password reset emails to accounts that were created using Google SSO. Log out, sign up using the same email address used for Google SSO, and create a password during the process. This enables you to access your account without relying on Google SSO.
