I Can’t Transfer My Tango Live Earnings to Visa and Support Won’t Disconnect My Account

I’ve been trying to transfer the gifts and earnings from my Tango Live account to my Visa card, but I haven’t been able to complete the process. It has now been over two weeks since I requested Tango support to disconnect my Visa account so I could reconnect and attempt the transfer again, but no action has been taken.
Despite reaching out to the support team multiple times, they have been completely unresponsive and unhelpful. My money is currently stuck in my Tango account, and I have no access to it. I’m not asking for anything complicated—just for support to remove my Visa connection so I can relink it and transfer my funds properly.
This delay is unacceptable, especially when it concerns actual earnings. I need urgent assistance to disconnect the Visa link on my account and to recover my money as soon as possible. Tango, please respond and resolve this issue now.
