Tango Live Account Suspension – Request for Refund or Reactivation

My Tango account, which I was using on my Redmi Note 10 device, was suspended on August 5 without any valid reason. The only message I received was that “Your account does not comply with Tango’s guidelines,” but no further details were provided.
My account had approximately 600 coins, and I was only using it for chatting and live streaming purposes. I have never violated any rules or engaged in behavior that goes against the community guidelines.
Since I can’t recall the email address associated with my account, I have been unable to contact customer support, and I have not received any information regarding when or if my account will be restored.
I respectfully request that my account be reactivated and that my existing 600 coins remain intact. I ask that my issue be resolved as soon as possible, as this situation has caused unnecessary inconvenience.
