Tango Won't Review or Reactivate Account Blocked Without Reason
My Tango account, which I've been using for a long time, has been blocked for approximately 1.5 years. I was using the app in Niğde, Turkey, and I encountered this block even though I did not engage in any behavior that violated the rules on my account.
I don't believe I violated Tango's terms of use, and I consider this block to be unjust. Despite this, I have not received any information about the reason for the block up to now. I request that my account be reactivated and that the block be removed.
I kindly request that the reason for the block be clearly communicated to me, that my account be reviewed and corrected if there was an erroneous action, and that my account be reopened for use.
