I Cannot Withdraw My Earnings from Tango Even After Verifying Account

I worked hard on the Tango app and managed to earn some money. When I tried to withdraw it, the app told me I had to start a livestream—so I did. I went live for over an hour. After that, I attempted to withdraw again, but this time it said I needed to verify my account. I tried verifying my account multiple times at first without verified, and for the last three days it’s shown the verification checkmark and it's also saying unable to verify. I have done everything - I’ve tried contacting support, but I’m being completely ignored. I’ve followed all the steps: went live, verified my profile, waited patiently—and yet I’m still being denied access to my own earnings. My Tango username is Christiana I want this resolved immediately. myaccount is not verified, I’ve done everything required, and I expect my money to be released without more delays.
