I Verified My Tango Account but Still Can’t Withdraw My Money—Support Ignores Me

I worked hard on the Tango app and managed to earn some money. When I tried to withdraw it, the app told me I had to start a livestream—so I did. I went live for over an hour. After that, I attempted to withdraw again, but this time it said I needed to verify my account.

I tried verifying my account multiple times at first without success. Eventually, my account was successfully verified, and for the last three days it’s shown the verification checkmark. Still, every single withdrawal attempt between April 2 and April 9 has been instantly rejected. The only message I see is “Your account is under review.”

I’ve tried contacting support, but I’m being completely ignored. I’ve followed all the steps: went live, verified my profile, waited patiently—and yet I’m still being denied access to my own earnings.

My Tango username is mhhal. I want this resolved immediately. My account is verified, I’ve done everything required, and I expect my money to be released without more delays. Tango, do better and respond to your users!
